Yes — you can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at support@patioslife.com as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or intercept the delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.
- For returns based on personal preference (e.g. change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Currently, we ship exclusively within Australia. We have local warehouses and an operations team based in Australia to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

If the product is in stock, standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–5 business days. We ship via Australia Post or other trusted local carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
If the item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on restocking and transit time.

Don't worry — tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been dispatched. It usually takes a little while for the courier to scan and register the package in their system.
If your tracking still isn't showing any updates after a reasonable time, feel free to reach out to us at support@patioslife.com. Our team will be happy to check the status for you and provide an update.

No — we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. Enjoy fast and reliable delivery from our local warehouses at no extra cost.

Some of our orders may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the item and shipping method. If a signature is required, Australia Post will not leave the package unattended.
If no signature is required, the package may be left at your door or in a safe place at the delivery address.

- we are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

Items must be returned within 45 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Include all original packaging

Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We’re here to help if you’ve decided not to keep your Patioslife product.
The easiest way to start a return is by visiting our Contact Us page and following the instructions provided.
Here’s how it works:
- Have your order number ready.
- Fill out the return request form.
- We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Drop the package off at any Australia Post location.
- Once the item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
If you need help choosing a replacement product instead of a refund, we’re happy to assist with that too — just mention it in your request.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or defective product), we offer free return shipping and exchanges.
However, if the return is due to personal reasons — such as change of mind, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction with the color — the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
The return shipping fee is approximately 40% of your order total and will be deducted from your refund.

Our 5-Year Limited Warranty covers all umbrella frames, accessories, and fabrics.
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal residential use.
