Return and Refund Policy

At AU-Patioslife, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following policy carefully.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@patioslife.au. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched or processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under the policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 45 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

All returns must be processed through our store. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Patioslife will cover the return shipping cost.

If we issue a return shipping label, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, certain personal care or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned damaged, used, or not in original condition.

  • Items are missing parts not due to our error.

  • A return is requested more than 45 days after purchase.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving a damaged product and provide photo evidence to support@patioslife.au. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing may take time.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at support@patioslife.au for assistance.


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or using promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for refund, unless faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit upon return.

  • If the item was purchased by someone else and shipped to them before being gifted, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, email us at support@patioslife.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions and issue a prepaid label if eligible.

For items valued over $150 AUD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards or is not as described.
