Terms & Conditions

  1. Price Guide: All prices listed in this table are for reference only and do not constitute a final binding quote. The final installation cost is subject to a formal site assessment and the specific conditions of the project.
  2. Surface & Anchoring:
    • The base installation fee covers assembly on a level and solid concrete surface.
    • Non-standard surfaces, including but not limited to pavers, timber decking, soil, or grass, require specific anchoring solutions to ensure structural stability and wind resistance. These will incur additional surcharges as listed.
  3. Ground Leveling: The installation site must be level and clear of debris. Should the ground exceed a standard slope, additional leveling works or structural adjustments will be required and quoted separately.
  4. Subsurface Obstacles: Installation on soil or grass assumes standard digging conditions. Any underground obstructions such as rock, large roots, or utility lines that require specialized equipment or additional labor will result in extra charges.
  5. Waste Management:
    • The standard installation fee does not include the removal of product packaging or crates.
    • Comprehensive site clean-up or the removal of existing structures can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
  6. Compliance & Permits:
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the structure complies with local council regulations and planning schemes.
    • Any costs associated with building permits, engineering certifications, or council approvals are to be borne by the customer.
  7. Site Assessment: Any fees charged for a preliminary site inspection are non-refundable but will be credited towards the total project cost upon the successful booking of the installation service.
