Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after they are placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient processing and timely shipping:

  • For Australian orders, the daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below are our current shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

    Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday - Saturday) within Australia.

    We ship from local warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Shipping Fee: Free delivery Australia wide on most items. Oversized or heavy items may incur an additional courier surcharge.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship to Australia. We are actively considering expanding our shipping coverage to additional regions in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions about your shipment status, feel free to contact our support team at support@patioslife.au.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@patioslife.au before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, once a tracking number has been issued, address changes are not guaranteed. If an order has already been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@patioslife.au. For faster resolution, include your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will promptly investigate the issue and, where necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
