- Non-standard surfaces, including but not limited to pavers, timber decking, soil, or grass, require specific anchoring solutions to ensure structural stability and wind resistance. These will incur additional surcharges as listed.
- Ground Leveling: The installation site must be level and clear of debris. Should the ground exceed a standard slope, additional leveling works or structural adjustments will be required and quoted separately.
- Subsurface Obstacles: Installation on soil or grass assumes standard digging conditions. Any underground obstructions such as rock, large roots, or utility lines that require specialized equipment or additional labor will result in extra charges.
