Stay Outside Longer, Without the Heat

Traditional shades just block light — this one blocks heat. The tightly woven fabric deflects radiant heat away from your patio while UPF 50+ protection keeps harmful rays off your skin, so the space underneath stays livable straight through peak sun hours.

  • Up to 5 °C cooler in side-by-side testing
  • UPF 50+ rated fabric
  • Multiple sizes available to fit your space

Built From a Heavier, Tighter Weave

Most shade cloth starts breaking down after a season or two — fading, stretching, going brittle in the sun. This one is woven from 350GSM HDPE, noticeably denser than standard shade fabric, with UV stabilizers built into the fiber itself rather than a surface coating that wears off. The open weave structure still lets wind pass through instead of catching it like a solid sail, so the fabric stays taut instead of sagging or flapping.

  • 350GSM HDPE — a heavier, tighter weave than typical shade cloth
  • UV stabilizers woven into the fiber, not just coated on top
  • Open-weave construction resists wind load instead of billowing

Built for the Outdoors. Made to Last.

  • Easy to clean. Stays fresh.

The tightly woven fabric helps resist dirt and debris build-up, making maintenance simple. A quick hose-down or mild soap wash is usually all it takes to keep the sail looking fresh.

  • Built to flex, not fight the wind

The flexible woven structure allows the sail to respond naturally to changing airflow, helping maintain balanced tension and stability in outdoor conditions.

  • Engineered to resist fading

UV-stabilised fibres are woven into the fabric itself — not just coated on the surface — helping the sail hold its colour through repeated sun exposure over multiple seasons.

Every Detail Built to Take the Load

A shade sail lives outside — pulled tight, rained on, baked in the sun — for years, not weeks. So we didn't just pick a fabric and call it done. From the anchor points that carry constant tension, to the stitching that keeps edges from fraying, every part of this sail is built for the parts of outdoor life you don't think about until they fail.

Tested. Certified. Built with Confidence.

  • Non-Toxic & Safe / OEKO-TEX® Certified

  • TÜV Safety Tested / Commercial Grade

Shade That Fits the Way You Live Outdoors

  • Poolside

Extend shade over loungers and seating areas to make bright poolside spaces more comfortable while keeping the setting open and airy.

  • Patios & Courtyards

Cover sun-exposed dining and seating areas to create a more comfortable space for relaxing, dining and entertaining outdoors.

  • Backyards & Play Areas

Add focused shade over lawns, play zones or garden seating so sunny outdoor spaces stay more comfortable for everyday use.

  • Garden

Create a comfortable shaded spot for relaxing, dining or entertaining while keeping your garden open, airy and inviting.

  • Balconies & Terraces

Create overhead shade in smaller exposed spaces, helping reduce direct sun while keeping the balcony open, bright and usable.

Before You Choose Your Size

A better fit starts with the right measurements. Measure the distance between your fixing points as A × B, then choose a sail that leaves enough room for proper tensioning. Remember, the curved edges mean the finished shaded area will be slightly smaller than the listed sail size.

  • Measure Your Space
Use the distance between your planned fixing points as your starting point.
  • Allow 50–60 cm for Tensioning
Leave space between each sail corner and fixing point when selecting your size.
  • Plan for Actual Shade Coverage
Curved edges are designed for proper tension, so the final shaded area is slightly smaller than the sail’s listed dimensions.

Confident DIY installation, no special skills needed.

1

Choose Your Anchor Points

Select 3 or 4 anchor points — existing fence posts, wall brackets, or freestanding poles. Aim for at least one attachment point at a 20–40° incline to allow rain runoff, and space anchors wider than the sail itself for proper tension.

2

Mount the Hardware

Attach the included stainless steel eye-bolts or pad-eyes to your anchor points using the provided fixings. Each mounting hook is rated to 150 kg . Check our wall anchor guide for masonry, timber, and steel structures.

3

Hang, Tension & Enjoy

Connect the sail using the carabiner clips and adjust tension with the turnbuckles until taut, with a slight natural curve rather than pulled flat. Most straightforward setups can be completed in an afternoon.
